In Victorian England, a gentleman traveller befriends a railway signalman at a solitary outpost. The signalman confides that he is being haunted by a spectre which warns him of an impending fatal calamity.

2021 March 13

This production was recorded on Zoom and entered for the 2021 Durham and Sunderland One Act Festival. Due to Coronavirus pandemic restrictions, the festival was held entirely on YouTube, with each play being available to view for one night only. The play received awards from the festival adjudicator, Brian Marjoribanks, for Best Actor (Jim Race), Best Supporting Actor (Edward Collins), and Best Cameo (Alex Russell). The production also won the Adjudicator's Choice award, together with the overall award for Best Play of the festival, taking us to the semi-final in Saltburn.
2021 July 10

This production was our entry in the All-England Theatre Festival (Northern Area) at Saltburn in Yorkshire, having won the Durham and Sunderland One Act Festival. The play received the overall award for Best Play of the festival, moving forward to the Grand Final in Bridlington.
2021 August 7

This production was our entry in the Grand Final of the All-England Theatre Festival at Bridlington in Yorkshire, having won the Northern England Festival in Saltburn. Unfortunately we didn't win! Sadly we were unable to take photographs of this production, but they would have been remarkably similar to the set from Saltburn!
